Caoculator products are made in the USA. Everything is handmade by Faith except for stickers which are manufactured here in the UNITED STATES! All items are Shipped with love from Oakland.

FOR ALL ORDERS in USA

✦ USPS Letter mail untracked Shipping*

Option for small orders holding a few cards, envelopes or stickers. will come in a letter envelope with least amount of protection.

  • $2.00 USPS UNTRACKED SHIPPINg

  • 3-5 BUSINESS days FOR ALL US orders

*NOTE: this shipping method does not come with tracking number meaning this method will be shipped in a letter envelope with stamps (but you can always upgrade to priority shipping for more protection)

Option for all order and will come in an ecofriendly rigid mailer to protect your product! This is the safest and most protected option for your products to be shipped in.

✦ RIGID mailer tracked Shipping

  • Price calculated at checkout based on weight

  • Allow 10-20 days for international packages to be delivered. 

  • Please note: we are not responsible for any VAT charges that may incur upon international delivery. 

✷ When will my order ship?

Your order will ship in 7 business days and an email will be sent as soon as it ships out.

If you need your order shipped ASAP, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
 

✷ My order hasn't arrived yet. Is it lost?

On rare occasions, USPS will lose mail (even with a tracking number!). While we will try our best to track the location of the package, sometimes the package is simply lost. Upon this situation, we will send a new package or Offer a Refund.

✷ When can I pickup my order?

Your order will be ready for pickup Immediately after you’ve placed your order. Please leave in the additional comments at checkout When you want to pick up your order. Please be courteous and arrive on time. Only 1 reschedule can be made, if you do not pick your item up for a second time, Your items will be refunded.

✷ When do I have to pick it up by?

You must pick up your order within 3 business days after the order is ready for pickup. If your order has surpassed the pickup window, we will cancel and refund your order minus a $10 restocking fee. 

(If you need more than 3 days to pickup your order please let us know when you place the order)

returns & exchanges

✷ My items came damaged when they got to me. 

On the rare chance that this happens due to transit issues please send a picture of the item's condition and we will send you a new package right away. I Know what it feels like to receive a damaged product and I would never wish that upon anyone!


✷ How can I get a refund on my order?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns! However, if there is something wrong with your order, Please contact me at but please note, customer will have to pay the return shipping.

Who is behind CAOCULATOR?

Faith Cao was born in Oakland, California. Faith’s work is inspired by her family who were refugees from the Vietnam War, especially her grandmas who have both passed but have left a huge impact in my life. She wanted to fully embrace my culture and the best way to do that was through her art. she Also loves making art with little sayings to help uplift people on a bad day and to remind people that negative emotions are to be felt because it's what makes us human.
