Cal academy of sciences stamp rally

How to Play:

  1. Pick up a Stamp Rally Sheet located at Faith Cao’s (@Faithcaoculator) Booth.

  2. Take a photo at each exhibition.* Here is a Link to Cal Academy Interactive Map If you are lost.

  3. After completing the photo taking quest, Come back to Faith Cao’s (@Faithcaoculator) Booth.

  4. Show the photos you’ve taken as proof that You have completed your stamp rally.

  5. pay $10 to the cashier to receive your prize!

*More Info on accepted Photos

  1. One person must be in the photo for each photo to be accepted as Proof.

  2. Selfies are accepted. photos must not be blurry and clearly show that you are in the correct exhibit.

  3. Stamp rally prizes can only be obtained per person. If two people are playing together, photos with both people in each photo are accepted but will still have to pay per prize (i.e. two people can obtain two prizes for the price of $20 total).

  4. Photos can be taken in any order, just make sure you take one in each of the four exhibitions!

  5. Each exhibition will have it’s own set of rules on where and how photos may be accepted. Please follow the guidelines below:

Planetarium

Take a photo anywhere near the planetarium dome or Hohfeld Hall located on the main floor. It is not neccessary for you to enter the Planetarium to take your photos.

Rain Forest

Take a photo anywhere inside of the Rain Forest Dome located on the main floor. If the Dome is closed, you can take a photo of yourself outside the dome as proof.

Aquarium

Take a photo anywhere inside of the aquarium Located on the aquarium floor. Photos can be in front of any marine species. completely darkend photos will not be accepted.

Natural History

Take a photo anywhere next to the T.Rex (main floor), Hidden wonders exhibit (main floor), African Hall/Human odessy (main floor), Gems and minerals exhibit (level 3).

PRIZES:

After completing the stamp rally rules and paying $10, You will recieve 4 Limited edition stamps of the four main exhibits at Cal Academy + an exclusive postcard print of the living roof.

the 4 Limited edition stamps can also be purchased for $20 but it will not contain the exclusive postcard print of the living roof.
